Bring to boil 1 litre of milk. Stir continuously. Add the juice of 1 lemon after the milk boils. Stir gently so that the whole milk curdles. Leave it undisturbed for some time and then strain through a muslin cloth. The residue in the cloth should be hung for around ½ an hour. Put it in a dish and put a weight above it so that it acquires a rectangular shape and is around 1 cm. thick.
