Here some important habit and effective homemade beauty tips to get healthy, radiant and glowing skin.
  • Driking water around 10-12 glasses a day.
  • Good night's sleep for at least eight hours at night.
  • Body exercise shows up an attractive glow on face. Yoga is essential for beautiful skin.
  • Eat a healthy diet which should include lot of fruits, vegetables in the form of salads and fresh juices. Use honey instead of sugar for juices.
  • Avoid junk food which is not only bad for your skin but also for  your health.
  • Use umbrella, wear sunglasses and apply sunscreen while going out in the sun.
  • Avoid taking tea or coffee. You can take green tea or buttermilk.
  • Cleanse the skin at least twice a day with cleanser. Cucumber is a natural cleanser. Mix cucumber juice with milk and use it instead of a cleanser.
  • Apply olive oil as a moisturizer and you can also use it to soothe sunburned skin.
  • Take 1/3-cup cocoa, three teaspoons of heavy cream, 1/3-cup ripe papaya, 1/4-cup honey and three teaspoons of oatmeal powder. Mix it all together. Apply on your face. After 10 minutes, wash your face with warm water. This is best for oily skin.
  • Apply orange juice to the face for smooth and soft skin.
  • Regular application of mint juice to the face helps to remove stains.
  • Powder of orange peels mixed with rose water can be used to exfoliate your skin.
  • Mashed papaya applied on the face clears marks on your skin and the skin will look bright.
  • You can add a little cucumber juice to your face pack. It is  also an anti tan pack. It lightens freckles, smoothes wrinkles and is a natural bleach.
  • Mix half-a-cup honey to your bath water for soft and smooth skin.
  • Mix honey, lemon and vegetable oil for a great home made moisturizer for your dry skin. Apply this mixture for 10 minutes only.
  • Egg yolk mixed with honey makes a good face mask. Put it on your skin, leave it on for 20 minutes, and rinse off. It is excellent for sensitive skins.
  • Vinegar can work wonders for smelly feet and armpits. Mix water and vinegar 50/50, and use in place of deodorant: it will keep the unpleasant sweat smell away, without any irritation.
  • Soak a chappathi  in milk overnight . Make it into a paste and apply it on black heads.
  • Steaming with juice of one lemon added to the water is also effective for blackheads and whiteheads. Take a little egg white (beat it well) and mix it with a little honey and apply it on the face and wash it off with warm water after 15 minutes. This cures blackheads.
