Health and wealth are like two sides of a coin. A healthy and fit person is often happy and positive about life. Without health, people would not be able to work productively. Life is not merely to be alive but to be healthy and wealthy. We also accept that the greatest wealth is health. Wealth buys success, career and leisure. We should formulate our life in such a way to live with happiness without much stress and strain. Our career, physical fitness, relationship with others, financial position, spiritual aspect, the environment everything should be adjusted towards our health and earning little wealth.

Always think positive. If your body reacts to your mood and state of mind. An unhappy person is more prone to fatigue and other illnesses. Adapt a positive lifestyle and be happy.
Avoid drinking and smoking from your life if you want to be happy and healthy.
Eat nutritious and a balanced diet. There are so many processed food available in the market. Fast food chains are also immensely popular. Fast foods are the main culprits for obesity cases because of their fat content. Eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid lard and fatty foods and prefer healthy foods.
