For diarrhoea-boil a handful of tender leaves in 4 glasses of water and reduce to 1 glass. Dose-120ml thrice a day.
2. For cholera-dry fry 1 tablespoon guava buds (cut into small pieces) with 1 tablespoon black pepper. Crush them, boil the powder in a glass of water and reduce it to half. Give 1-2 tablespoons every hour.
3. For scabies-boil a handful of leaves and wash the body with the water.
4. For constipation, piles-eat a ripe fruit before meals, for a few days.
