Here are some foods which help burns the fat easily……..
Tomatoes - Tomatoes is very effective burning food, tomatoes not only good in our battle against overweight but they are also an excellent prevention against cancers and high blood pressure.
Oranges - Oranges are rich in Vitamin C and they have fat burning properties. Compared with exercises they are an effective way to lose fat.

Oatmeal- Oatmeal is a longtime breakfast favorite. Oatmeal is full of soluble fiber that might help reduce cholesterol in our bloodstream.
Yogurt - It is high in protein, great as a part of breakfast, dessert and a tasty snack. Low fat yogurt is a great way to get our daily dose of dairy and can be transformed into a delicious meal with the addition of fruits or cereal.

Garlic- Garlic is one of the most effective fat burning foods. It contains the compound allicin which has anti bacterial effects and helps reduce cholesterol and unhealthy fats.
Whole grain bread - The fiber content of wholegrain bread is high along with the nutritional benefits of the seeds within. Wholegrain toast makes for a satisfying and low GI breakfast and wholegrain bread is excellent for sandwiches or as the side carbohydrate for a meal like soup.
Grapefruit- One of the foods that can help our burn fat is the ever-favorite grapefruit. Grapefruit is not only a great source of vitamin C; one grapefruit can carry a hefty 15 grams of pectin. Pectin is thought to help lower our levels of cholesterol. At about 74 calories, grapefruit is both fat and salt free.
