Cooking in olive oil diminishes the nutritional value of the food.

Fact

 

It is your method of cooking which will decide the nutritional value of your food and not the type of oil. There is no edible cooking oil in the market which diminishes the nutritional value of the food cooked in it. Raw veggies are better than steamed and steamed are better than fried one, irrespective of oil type.
