Loss of one pound in a week means you need to concentrate on your diet



When you are trying to lose weight, loss of one pound per week is perfectly fine. But if you lose more than this then you may gain your weight back soon. Quick weight loss is not good for your health, it often means you are losing water and lean mass, not the desired fat mass. While you are trying to shed your extra kilos, always have balanced diet, if some expert guidance is available that will be best.
