Yoga is only for women
Anyone regardless of age, sex, nationality, religion or social status can practice Yoga. It can be used to manage stress, prepare for childbirth, recover from injuries or improve health and fitness. It can give one a philosophical perspective of life, bring serenity and mental strength. There is no-one who cannot benefit from its practice.
However, pregnant women, children, special people or people with some problem should do yoga under proper guidance as certain postures must not be practiced in these special conditions.
