Excessive consumption of chocolate is bad.

Fact

Excess of everything is bad. So, eat moderately. Studies have shown that chocolate consumption is actually good for and the potential benefit comes from the amount of cocoa present in a chocolate, higher the cocoa therefore the greater any possible benefit. This means milk chocolate offers less benefit and white chocolate no benefit at all. So dark chocolate is best and even better as it is so rich people usually eat much smaller amounts.
