A lot of people are allergic to milk and may not know it
Milk allergies are in fact very rare. Only about 1% of adults and 3% of children are allergic to milk, and most children grow out of a milk allergy by three years of age. Many people confuse lactose intolerance, as a milk allergy. Lactose is the natural sugar found in milk. The symptoms of a milk allergy may include a rash, flatulence (passing gas), diarrhea, constipation, abdominal cramps, and difficulty in breathing. If you think that you have a milk allergy or are lactose intolerant, ask your doctor for a diagnosis.
