High Fructose Corn Syrup is hard to digest.


There are some rumors that HFCS is bad for you because it is hard for your body to process. This is untrue as HFCS is simply a blend of fructose and glucose, two natural sugars. Studies show that these sugars are metabolized in the same fashion as sucrose, which is a disaccharide of fructose and glucose.
